Thomas Benjamin "Ben" Barnes (born August 20, 1981) is an English actor, best known for his interpretation of X Caspian in The Chronicles of Narnia film Prince Caspian and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Ben Barnes was born in London to Tricia Barnes, a therapist relationship, and Thomas Barnes, professor of psychiatry. He has a younger brother, Jack.
Ben Barnes studied in two separate schools for children: Homefield Preparatory School in Sutton, southwest London and the School of King 's College in Wimbledon West London (where his classmates included the actor Khalid Abdalla and comedian Tom Basden), followed by Kingston University in Kingston-upon-Thames in southwest London, where Ben Barnes studied drama and English literature and from which he graduated with honors BA in 2004.
